Protection against UV radiation and moisture are important for the quality of your product. And do you consider sustainability as important as we do? Then we recommend using recyclable pouches made of kraft paper with protected inner layer, or a pouch made of recyclable mono plastic possibly including a metallized mono plastic inner layer for long-term preservation.

Most of the packaging at the Pouch Factory offer the ability to add options such as a Eurohole, resealable zipper or see-through window. Except for compostable pouches, some of the above options are not possible due to the sorting and recycling process.

In the packaging industry, contrary to what you might think, lead times of 10 weeks are not unusual. The Pouch Factory offers the best lead times for all of our orders. Our lead time for custom pouch packaging production is 3 to 4 weeks. Rush deliveries are also a possibility, please contact us for that.

Yes! Compostable and biodegradable materials have become very popular, and are one of the options for products in the food industry. For example, fully paper pouches or pouches with a bio-plastic inner layer. When the composition of your product allows it, even full paper pouch is possible without any plastics.

At the Pouch Factory, you can order from as little as 1,000 pieces per design. If you have more than 4 different packaging designs, it is even possible to order from 500 pieces per design. For orders with a circulation of 500 pieces you have to use the same material construction. Of course, the pouches are always printed on the highest quality technology and at a guaranteed low price.

The pouches come open at the top so you can fill them automatically or manually. To seal the pouches, you need a device that can seal automatically or manually at 160°C/180°C.
