Low-threshold working method
Soon Merlin called the Pouch Factory for an appointment. His first impression? Merlijn: “The contact was personal and approachable. We were able to communicate simply via WhatsApp, instead of e-mail. That’s a lot faster and easier. It gave me a good feeling that they took the assignment seriously, but the way of working was not too formal.” At the Pouch Factory, we got to work on packaging for three different types of Nature-is-Calling products: Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps and Chaga. Merlin handled the design of the pouches himself. “I already had an image of what the packaging should look like: Kraft paper with light colors, so that the green color of the logo stands out nicely.” Our design team was there as a sparring partner, which in retrospect Merlijn was very happy with. Merlijn: “They helped me, for example, with the file type, so that the design I had created would also come out nicely on the pouch.”
Short delivery time
Nature-is-Calling’s first product packaging became a reality. Merlijn: “I had set myself a deadline for the launch of the webshop and had factored in some margin to be on the safe side. In the end, that margin proved unnecessary: the pouches were delivered well in advance.” Meanwhile, Merlin is thinking about launching a new product. “For this, I would like to work with the Pouch Factory again,” he says. “The process went smoothly from start to finish. The pouches are of high quality and look attractive. I am very satisfied.”
