UV protection and a high aroma barrier are important for your product. Do you think sustainability is as important as we do? Then we recommend using a recyclable pouch made of kraft paper with protected plastic or metalized inner layer or a pouch made of recyclable mono plastics and metalized inner layer for long-term preservation of your herbs and spices.

In the packaging industry, contrary to what you might think, lead times of 10 weeks are not unusual. The Pouch Factory offers the best lead times for all of our orders. Our lead time for custom pouch packaging production is 3 to 4 weeks. Rush deliveries are also a possibility, please contact us for that.

Yes! Compostable and biodegradable materials have become very popular, and are among the options for herbs and spices. As are fully recyclable paper pouches possibly with a special bio-based plastics coating.

At the Pouch Factory, you can order from as little as 1,000 pieces per design. If you have more than 4 different packaging designs, it is even possible to order from 500 pieces per design. For orders with a circulation of 500 pieces you have to use the same material construction. Of course, the pouches are always printed on the highest quality technology and at a guaranteed low price.

The pouches come open at the top so you can fill them automatically or manually. To seal the pouches you need a device that can seal automatically or manually at 160°C/180°C.
